What is the cost for the Reunion per Person

What is the Deposit Fee and when is it due
A $50 Non-Refundable deposit is due preferably by January 31, 2026: but NLT February 28, 2026. Deposits can be made to the Reunion Zelle account @ gwenedw45@gmail.com or through our website payment page
Is the deposit associated with the Registration Form
Yes. When you fill out the Registration Form, the deposit is due at that time. If there's more than one person on the form, then the cost will reflect each individual (Example: 5 Family Members @ $50 per person = $250). The deposit & registration form works hand-in-hand and is not optional!
What other form of payments are accepted if I do not have a Zelle account or Credit Card

Can we pay the Reservation Fee in installments
Yes, all installment payments can be made through the Reunion Zelle account or the website payment page!
Are the Meals Complimentary @ the Hotel
No, but the cost of the food is reasonable at the Restaurants they have within the hotel.
Is Parking Free
Yes and No. If you check-in online the parking is free, but if you check-in @ the Front Desk, a charge will be assessed per day.
How will the Picnic and Banquet be MONITORED and how will we know if a person has paid their dues
A colored code wristband will be giving to all individuals who paid their dues at the Meet & Greet. Without that colored coded Wristband, access to the Picnic or Banquet will require the payment associated with that age group be settled at point of entry.
What is the Dress Code for the Banquet
Sunday Best!!!! This is how we show Respect to our Elders for the pathway they paved through their Blood, Sweat, Tears, and Lives.
Is the Hotel Pet Friendly
Yes, but additional charges will be assessed. Upon setting up your reservation, please inform the receptionist of your intent.
